Tea Room Review
Any moment you'll expect to see Jane Seymour strolling with a parasol on the croquet grounds of this beautiful Victorian home set among a sea of similar buildings as part of San Diego's Heritage Row. The tea rooms are decorated with great attention to detail and guests are very enthusiastically encouraged to pose in hat & boa for a souvenir keepsake photo. The setting is as relaxing as it is picturesque and the food presentation is lovely

MENU

We are able to accommodate up to 40 guests between two Victorian rooms and the tea parties last two hours, at a cost of $20.00 per guest
Friendship Tea
A time to renew your friendship with one another. This can be a time for two or more to share two hours together and have High Tea. The Tea Room will be decorated with your choice of fresh flowers, at each place setting, along with three-tiered trays consisting of the following:
Five finger sandwiches - Chicken salad, Cucumber, Pineapple cream, Carrot nut and dried tomato
Scones
Clotted cream
Three desserts:
Fresh fruit (in season), Shortbread with lemon curd, Cakelettes
Tea of the Day (English Breakfast or Earl Grey served on request)
A strict two hour time limit must be observed.

Celebrate any occasion in grand style in our charming Victorian Tea Room. The Tea Room will be decorated according to the theme of your party. Children's Tea parties are for children aged seven and older. These parties can be scheduled for Tuesday through Friday after school or on minimum days
Decorations for your party theme must be selected from one of the following:
Dollie
Fairy
Mad Hatter
Teddy Bear
The tea parties last a maximum of two hours.
Party favors are available in our store for a cost of $2.00 to $6.00.
The following will be provided to help put the children in a Victorian mood:
Dress up time with hats, boas, gloves and jewelry.
A complimentary group photo, taken on our lovely front porch or lawn, will be given to the guest-of-honor.
Story telling
Games of croquet on the lawn with flamingo wickets (just like Alice in Wonderland).
The cost for the Children's tea party is $22.00 per child, with a minimum of eight children, seven years of age or older.
