The decor is so warm and inviting it immediately made me feel as though I'd spent the day luxuriating at a spa. The food was superb with some delightful options one does not always see on a tea menu in California. I also enjoyed talking to the owner who definitely knows her stuff! What an extraordinary life she's led. Her stories alone were worth the visit, though the ambience and food will be what I look forward to returning for most.
